Communities Creating Health

April 2018

An eBook co-edited with Stanford Social Innovation Review exploring what it looks like to work with communities rather than on them

Building on a meeting hosted by the Institute of Medicine in August 2014, this collection of essays began as a series on Stanford Social Innovation Review. In 2015, I published the series as an eBook with a Foreword by Sir Harry Burns, the former Chief Medical Officer of Scotland. The eBook was re-issued in April 2018 under the name of my former nonprofit, Bridging Health & Community, Inc.
